Kyiv, February 10, 2026 — Our company, RealGold, a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of electric motors for FPV drones, has announced the official launch of a new advanced production line at its facility in the Kyiv region. Investments in equipment, automation, and cleanroom environments will increase total production capacity by 50% already within the first quarter after launch.

The new line is equipped with cutting-edge precision assembly systems, automated testing benches, and real-time quality control systems. This enables a significant acceleration of the production cycle — from coil winding to final rotor balancing — without compromising the reliability that has always been a hallmark of RealGold motors. Thanks to process optimization, RealGold ensures a stable supply of motors to Ukrainian UAV manufacturers, providing our defenders with a technological advantage on the battlefield.

Key benefits for customers:

  • reduction of delivery times by 30–40% for orders from Ukraine and Europe;
  • ability to rapidly scale volumes for large serial contracts;
  • expanded product range — production of new RealGold HeavyLift motor series for heavy cargo drones will begin soon.

The expansion also creates 45 new high-skilled jobs — engineers, CNC technicians, assembly line operators, and quality control specialists are already undergoing training on the new equipment.

RealGold Director Vadym Viktorovych commented on the launch:

“This launch is not just another production line. It is our response to the rapidly growing global demand for reliable, efficient, and lightweight electric motors for drones. We see our motors already operating in the most demanding conditions worldwide, and we are committed to delivering them in the required volumes and on time. A 50% increase in capacity is a real step toward making RealGold one of the key players in Ukraine’s unmanned aviation components market. And the 45 new jobs represent talented Ukrainian engineers and workers who, together with us, are building the future of technological independence.”
“We understand that every additional unit of our production today means saved lives of our soldiers and successful mission execution tomorrow. Our goal is full autonomy in Ukrainian motor manufacturing,” the company’s head added.

The new production line is already accepting its first serial orders. The company invites partners and clients to explore the capabilities of the expanded production — details are available in the updated “Motors” section on our website.
